I could say 2 different things i dislike but I’m just going to say what bother me the most. I got lab work done and the 2nd one shows number dropping and i was miss carrying. No one call me to confirm that I was miss carrying or to tell me what to do next or if I need a follow up appointment. I did 3 star instead of 1 or 2 because everyone person I came across the 2 times I had to go there was very nice. But the wait for just lab work was a long wait both times but that lady that had to take my blood was such a sweet young lady and I didn’t feel a thing. And the 1st time i went there just for an ultrasound the dr did take time out her busy schedule to talk to me about what they was seeing and the difference things it could have meant. At the time of ultrasound i wasn’t miss carrying. I got information that time on what was going on. But nothing after the 2nd visit
I have been going to this office for years and have always been happy with the care. The wait time is minimal and Angela is FANTASTIC. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and offers thoughtful suggestions.
The miscommunication with the front desk, doctors and patient was inaccurate. I was told over the phone, the doctor does not do same day placements. When I arrived, they were set up to place it. No medication was provided or offered for the painful insertion and placement of the IUD after telling the doctor that I was afraid it was going to hurt as I’ve had it placed many years ago. Dr. Metwally disregarded it, had me lay back and started placement. She continued talking about moving to Huntersville and Davidson’s Farmers Market as I continued saying “this hurts.” I was offered lorazepam after the insertion. Dr. Metwally never called it in that day after seeing me curled up in a ball, sweating profusely trying to manage the pain. She did give me 800mg of ibuprofen after placement and offered removing the IUD / placing a smaller one. There was a smaller option??? I called the next day about the prescription and was told over the phone I was supposed to take the lorazepam BEFORE placement. The least anyone should expect from a doctor is compassion especially at a women’s clinic. In short, I came in not wanting to have a baby, and I ended up experiencing the same pain a woman going through labor would and then I was expected to just get up and drive myself home. The entire experience was traumatizing emotionally and physically.
The Renaissance location is so convenient for me, but it would not really matter which location I chose to go to, Dr. Henry and her assistant are just the best. Dr. Henry is compassionate, respectful, and delivers wonderful, safe care. She follows up quickly and I could not ask for a better provider.
Very welcoming staff. Mandy Castor, NP made me feel very comfortable during my annual visit. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend.
I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Renaissance location in Davidson. My girls and I have been patients there for a few years now but today my daughter, who has Autism, went for her first full exam. Jordan Seidl, NP and Maggie, the nurse could not have more incredible with her. They took their time with her, explained everything first, showed her all the instruments and talked her through the whole process. They did not rush and made sure she was comfortable and at ease the entire time.
As always my experience with Mandy Castor was amazing!!! I do however wish they would put Angie back with Mandy!! They are a great team!!!
I had the BEST experience at my visit last Monday. From checking in to checking out, my appointment was pleasant and seamless. The front desk staff were kind and cordial and my provider, Kim Gallagher, was caring and supportive and really took the time to listen to my concerns. She made me feel valued and heard, and we made a plan together for my continued care, which was the best part of all. Other clinics I’ve visited have had a very “rushed” feel and I’ve left feeling like I was just another patient that they didn’t really want to deal with before moving onto the next. The staff at this practice made me feel like a person. I’m so happy I found them!
I would not recommend! I have not had a good experience here for maternity care. They constantly switch the person that you see, majority of the staff is not friendly, and not all of the staff knows how to draw blood properly. They cancelled my prenatal appointment three times in one week with less than 24 hours notice and rescheduled me to a different time without confirming that the time worked for me. They also scheduled me to see a male physician twice, even though I told them I did not want a male physician, so I had to reschedule. It takes an extremely long time for them to inform you of your test results. Also, they transferred to another facility without even informing me. I would look elsewhere for maternity care.
Love Mandy! She always makes me feel heard, she listen, is compassionate, truly there for the patient.
Dr Wheeler is amazing. Hes kind and patient and very knowledgeable. Ive been going to see Dr. Wheeler for 18 years Hes the best!
This place is 100% the best ! I see Dr. Metwally and she is always so nice ☺️ and makes you feel like a friend shes not seen in awhile ! I recommend if your looking for a new feminine Dr, go here !!!
I had a great experience in the office. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly still going through some issues and it has been over a week now and no referral has come through for any therapy.
Mandy was Amazing! Her personality was joyful!! She made feel so comfortable and listened to my concerns and explained everything. Also, she answered all my questions without rushing or becoming irritated.Highly recommend seeing her!!!!
I recommend Dr Ehasz. She’s a sweetie. Friendly, focused, helpful. Good diagnostician. I also adore the gal who does the blood draws.
Davidson Clinic is fantastic, they are experienced and caring for the most part. The clinical supervisor needs to work on her customer service skills however the doctors of the nurses are fantastic and so is the front of the house.
Dr. Haddad and the whole clinic, staff is absolutely wonderful. They tend to your needs and are quick to respond. They truly care for you as a person and make sure you are taken care of. Prior to finding Dr Haddad I honestly was just seeing whoever but now I won’t see anyone else, she is absolutely amazing!!!
I love this office! So much so that there is a branch 5 minutes from my house but I chose to drive 30 to go here! Dr. Haddad is amazing! She listens and is always so informative. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great OBGYN.
I love seeing Mandy Castor. She is an awesome nurse practitioner! She never makes you feel like she is rushing through her visit with you. She cares about her patients and that is so important! It is so hard to find a provider like her these days. I am grateful to have her as my gyn provider. Mandy, thank you for taking care of me and all of your patients!
I would give 10 stars to the team here if I could. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiles from the front desk staff. NP Mandy Castor does a fantastic job, she is so kind and thorough. She explains everything and makes sure you are comfortable during your visit. Ten stars!!!
Mandy Castor was 100% worth the drive. She’s not only pleasant to chat with. She offers a judgment free space. Will be coming back for all my annuals. Front desk staff and medical assistants were all patient and wonderful. Just moved to the area in September. Was scouting a GYN office and I’m happy I found this one. :)
I had my first visit today and to say I’m impressed is an under statement. I felt cared for and respected the entire time. From checking in, getting my vitals done by Destiny, and meeting with Dr. Farmer. This place clearly puts their patients before anything else and I’m glad I chose this office to care for me.
My first visit since moving to the area. Dr. Mentally was very personable. She had me comfortable with her in about 15 minutes. Very impressed !
I felt a big hug from Dr. Haddad during my visit. She definitely showed care and concern for my needs. And has set me up with a plan I can have confidence in. I wasn’t spoken down to for how I was feeling but instead built up. Also the team very patient and kind as well. I appreciate this office and the hat is why I am sending my daughter to see Dr. Haddad as well.Thank youLisa DiPaola
Dr. Kaci Farmer and Team gave me my life back. This place is organized and professional. They are fabulous and I will never be able to show how grateful I am to receive such adequate and thorough care. Dr. Farmer was with me the entirety of my care plan, from office to surgery table. Please see this powerhouse team if you have any medical nervousness or anxiety, you will be treated with genuine person-centered care! Thanks team, I will always be grateful to have found you all.
Dr. Haddad truly listened to me. It was my first visit with her. She arrived to the visit prepared! She had read my medical history and knew me before we began to talk, so there was a context to our conversation. She was proactive about my concerns and scheduled follow-up as well.
The tech was very kind, soft spoken, and professional. She made me feel like she truly cared about my health. I highly recommend this office for breast care.
Mandy Castor is awesome. She listened to me and actually sympathize with my issues. I would definitely recommend her and would see her again.
Ive been going to this location for my entire pregnancy, and I couldnt be happier. The office is very clean and nice looking, Ive never had to wait more than 5-10 mins max to be called back for my appt. The medical assistants have been caring and compassionate, asking questions and listening to my concerns. The doctors Ive seen have all come to my room within minutes and let me ask as many questions as I want, while answering them fully.Anytime I messaged the atrium app with questions I was answered within the day.Ive never had an issue with scheduling, and the one time my appt had to be cancelled they called me way in advance to reschedule.I also appreciated the fact that if some testing might not be covered by my insurance, they let me know so I could call my insurance first.
I love this obgyn the doctor I see 90 percent of the time Dr. Kim Gallagher is so nice and caring and always takes good care of any concerns or needs I may have. Have been going to this obgyn in Renaissance for a little over 5 years now and have had two healthy beautiful children with them! Love these doctors they are all really good, I always feel comfortable and safe having my children with them and being seen!!
I love this office. Their check in process is phenomenal. The most Ive ever waited was 59 seconds lol. All jokes aside they really get you back there on time. The ladies at the front are always so pleasant and polite. The nurses are efficient and personable. My doctor, Dr. Mandy is the best! Shes so knowledgeable and caring. Ive never trusted doctors, but I trust her. If you go there youll be in great hands!
I really enjoy the staff here at Atrium Davidson. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming and Dr. Farmer is very patient, and informative. I never leave my appointments not understanding. My portal messages are always answered and I appreciate their attentiveness!
Everyone is lovely. Carestaff and Doctors all extremely friendly and professional
This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had in a medical setting due to the fact that I am unable to wear a mask due to a condition protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (which requires that health care entities provide full and equal access for people with disabilities – which, per their website, in this case would equate to adjusting policies, practices, and procedures, if needed, to provide goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations)This all-encompassing policy is not advertised on any of the scheduling web pages, or any of the multiple emails and text messages I received prior to the appointment, and this facility refused to make any necessary accommodations as outlined above. The receptionist immediately presented a condescending attitude when I explained that Im unable to wear the mask she tossed in my direction upon my approaching her window. The practice manager, Carla, also dismissed my condition, stating that it was Atriums policy and while she has issues with masks, she would wear a crown if they [Atrium] told me to while I explained that mask wearing triggers severe anxiety and often asthma. She did, however, encourage the use of excessive benzodiazepines following my appointment without confirming that I indeed have a prescription for the medication. (I do; however, this class of medication is considered highly addictive, and its excessive use is generally discouraged – especially by someone who is not a licensed prescriber.) I needed a procedure and had already taken time off work, so my only option was to sacrifice my mental health for my physical health as Dr. Kaci Farmer also refused to see me without a mask (she was supposedly consulted).I was led to a procedure room which was found to be soiled from the previous patient (given the time spent cleaning it, I have doubts about the level of sanitation.) While waiting for the procedure room to be cleaned I encountered Dr. Kaci Farmer in the hallway without a mask. Initially this made me feel somewhat better, yet her first words to me upon entering the room for the procedure were a request to cover my nose and mouth with the mask. No intro, no background, nothing, other than ‘put on your mask’. She was perceived as extremely defensive and all-around unpleasant which further exacerbated my condition as I was on the verge of hyperventilating while in the exam room. I elected to forego several necessary, overdue tests due to the discomfort I was feeling and the attitude of the entire staff – no care or compassion, only the overwhelming feeling that they just wanted me gone. The procedure I did undergo resulted in bleeding. Typically, cleanup and hygiene items are offered following these procedures for obvious reasons, however, this did not happen, and my clothes were also ruined providing insult to injury.Carla, the office manager, had previously offered to provide the names of offices in the area who may not have mask policies, however, she delegated this follow up call to someone else despite the escalated nature of the situation while I was in the office. Since the manager did not care enough to follow up with me personally, and the tone and attitude of the caller, I declined the information.Throughout this experience there was no attempt from the staff to mitigate my anxiety – only an abrasive attitude from all that I encountered (except for the Nurse, Ashley. She treated me like a human being). Anyone who suffers from PTSD, anxiety, etc. consider a different provider, as they are not equipped to, or interesting in helping and have no problem committing tort instead of serving their patients as required by law.As if this experience wasn’t bad enough, I received a follow up text message to reschedule my appointment which makes me wonder what was documented during my visit since the office manager avoided me after the fact. This is not healthcare.
Great office. Friendly staff. Dr. Mandy is a super nice lady that is very caring towards her patients and their needs. Thank you!
Dr. Haddad is so wonderful! She is by far my favorite doctor. Very caring and really listens to her patients. The rest of the office at both locations is great too!
I’ve been dealing with a fever and abdominal pain for over a week now. Urgent care, the ER, and my PCP all advised that this was something my obgyn would need to address because I’ve had surgery and they would not be able to help because my obgyn did the surgery. They advised this was an issue she would need to keep watch on and I needed to follow up with her. Her response was to wait until my appointment may 22nd and “bring my thermometer to make sure it’s correct” this same doctor also looked at me and told me that just because urgent care said I had an infection based on blood work didn’t mean I actually had an infection.
Kimberly Gallagher is the best! She takes her time with you. She makes you feel comfortable at your visit. I absolutely love her.
Dr. Ehaz is amazing. She listened to understand and helped to find a solution that I was comfortable with. She is a great surgeon!
First pre-natal appointment. Kept me waiting for 30+ minutes to be seen by the NP. I had to ask for a flu shot (they didnt offer or suggest, and this should be standard care for newly pregnant mothers). Front desk were nice, but unprofessional - didnt wear their masks all the time (although all patients are required to wear them), and they were listening to a group meeting on speaker phone while I was checking out - shouldnt that be confidential?
The doctors are amazing but the nurses are absolutely horrendous. The get attitudes with you when you have a concern. Wouldn’t recommend this office due to the nurses. Gone through 2 pregnancies with them and would not do a 3rd.
Dr.Haddad was GREAT I recommended her to my friend. She was very friendly and never rushed the appointment. After moving to Charlotte it has been very difficult to find a good doctor and I’m very happy that I choose Dr.Haddad.
Dr Mandy Castor is the absolute best! She enjoys her job and it shows. Never had a bad experience at the Renaissance location.
Friendly and efficient team in a woman-centric practice. Focus more on child-bearing aged women more than peri to menopausal women which doesn’t fully meet my need but seem to be a good practice for their focus area.
I cant say enough about this location and the staff! They are truly excellent! They explain everything in detail like appointments, other questions or concerns during your actual appointment. The phlebotomist is really great and experienced. She puts all worries to rest! This is my first pregnancy and all of the staff have been great from the start. Relocating from out of state made it difficult to know what location to go to and which doctors to see. After speaking with different people at Atrium Health, it really eased my mind that this was the place to go.
I am never seen on time for a single appointment. I come 15 mins early and every single time people who come after me are taken back before me while I wait 15 mins past my appointment time. Making my wait time 30 mins or more in the office every time. I will be going back to my original gyn as soon as I am done with my pregnancy. I have been very underwhelmed every visit as this is my second pregnancy and my last office in Virginia during my first pregnancy was much more attentive and timely with just as many doctors. Being in the medical field I don’t find this professional.
First of all, they make you go in for a “confirmation of pregnancy appointment”. At my first appointment with my previous pregnancy they did a heart doppler and took my medical history. This time, they only did the urine, swabbed me for stds, and sent me home saying they would call me for my medical history. They didnt schedule my 8 week ultrasound until 9 weeks because thats what was convenient for them, and then they cancel on me the day of saying the tech is sick. No fetal monitoring to know if this pregnancy is viable and as someone whos had a miscarriage history, its completely unprofessional to ignore my concerns. If you are gonna be rude and non sympathetic, the healthcare field is NOT for you. I had some great prenatal care before I had my daughter last year, but this time has been yikes all around.
Since moving here 7 years ago; Dr. Mandy Castor had not only been my doctor but become a good friend. She’s the Best!
This office is just as bad if not worst then the one theyre partnered with in concord. IF I ever get pregnant again I will not be using this one or any atrium office.Im 38 weeks and the wait time is ridiculous! They tell you to arrive 15 mins early but have you sitting and waiting for an extra 30 minutes before even being called back, that doesnt count the wait time to be seen by anybody. They EXPEXCT you to pee on command.
Dr. Metwally is absolutely fantastic. She listens to all concerns and gives you all the information. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those with anxiety going to the OB/GYN.
If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went to an urgent care and received a positive pregnancy test. They prescribed me prenatal vitamins and nausea medicine. About a week later I started spotting and was scared, I had already made an appointment at the Concord location for my 8 week visit, so I called with my concerns. They could only see me at the Renaissance location. I went with my husband, check in was fine, the blood draw was fine (the tech was from the Concord location – she was wonderful), then we get to the ultrasound part. The nurse comes it and tell me to get on the chair. I explain what is going on and her response was okay. So she starts the trans-vaginal ultra sound. First of all it was super painful. She is really rough. Then my husband and I sit there for about 5 minutes with no words at all!! Then when I say “all that clicking is making me nervous”, her response?? “I hate when people come in and assume they are pregnant, these home pregnancy tests are always wrong.” Um, what? I then tell her about the urgent care center, she tells us there is no sac, embryo, or anything. She whips the wand thing out of me, says either you miscarried, you’re not pregnant, or it’s too early to tell. She tells me to get dressed, leaves, brings the lab tech back to draw my blood, then I am escorted out. I NEVER saw a doctor. NEVER talked to a doctor. It was truly the worst experience ever. My husband as you can imagine was shocked. This would have been my first pregnancy and I can honestly say that I will never, not even in an emergency go to any place associated with this office.
Dr. Henry is an amazing doctor and truly cares for her patients. She is kind, caring and thoughtful. All the nurses are very friendly and warm as well.
The doctor was very thorough and answered all questions. She was also physically gentle! Front desk staff and assistants were all friendly and helpful.
The worst experience ever. The worst doctor I have seen in last 10 year at ONGYN around Concord-Charlotte area. Didn’t like the doctor I went to see. Didn’t seem friendly or caring at all.Don’t ever go there unless you know the good doctor there. I always go to Concord branch and love that place. I went to Davidson place due to overbook of Concord branch over a month ahead. So I took a shot of Davidson office and I regret! No wonder they have a lot of openings. Women just don’t want to go there...
Dr. Farmer and her staff are caring and kind. Dr. Farmer took out the time to listen and address my concerns as well as explain things thoroughly. I appreciate the care and attention I received. Thank you.
Kimberly Gallagher has been my gyn for many years and have shown that she is one to be respected in her field. A + to her.
The staff and Dr. Henry were very gentle and caring. She took the time to go in depth about the problem and explain it to where I can understand it. Very considerate about the course of treatment and gave me options. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone.
The OB didn’t ask for proper consent for any procedures. Just told me what she was doing after she did it without asking my permission. They don’t respect women.
Dr. Ariel Haddad is fabulous! She is so knowledgeable and helpful.
Ill start off with the positives: Every person I spoke to from their call center when I dial in was very respectful and professional and friendly. This particular office has a really nice staff at their front desk. I dealt with 3 OBs in my short time here from 11/19/19 to today 12/23/19 (for my first pregnancy) Dr. Farmer, Dr. Gallgher, and Dr. Haddad. All three were very kind and easy to talk to, especially Dr. Haddad (spell check?). And Nurse Ashley was really helpful explaining future appointments and other things. Now the very unfortunate negatives: I was prescribed Diclegis on my first visit to help with my extreme morning sickness. The pharmacy didnt have it when I went to pick it up the same day and told me that they need to send it back to the Drs office for a prior authorization to get it approved by my insurance, and it can take up to 5 days the pharmacist said. So a week later I go to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and they again dont have it. I call the office and they said to me that its pending authorization still. A week later I have another appointment with them to which I was asked how Diclegis is working for me. I responded that its apparently still pending authorization, so I dont have it. I was told they would look into it again and get back to me. Another week passes and I hear nothing from the office. This entire time Im also dealing with getting a medical certification for FMLA, so I consistently spoke to Atrium representatives over the phone about this (a whole other issue) and each time they asked me how Diclegis was working. Each time I explained it apparently is still pending authorization. The rep over the phone said oh its been approved and its at the pharmacy. So I went to go pick it up and of course, it wasnt there. I ended up needing to speak with a woman named Tonja (manager of this particular office) about my FMLA, and she also told me that it was approved and at the pharmacy waiting for me. This is now about 6 weeks later that a rep from Atrium calls me and said that she was calling to respond to a request that I had made (I didnt), and when I asked her about it she really helped me out and called around to figure out whats going on. Called me back 5 minutes later and says diclegis wasnt approved through your insurance, and it costs $400 out of pocket. Needless to say, this entire company has a massive communcation problem.I wont even go into my FMLA issues because its way too long, but I have a HUGE bit of advice for ANYONE who is newly pregnant: if you are sick AT ALL make sure you CALL and make an appointment ASAP otherwise Atrium will refuse to medically certify you as their patient if you did not see them when you got sick. I was sick for about a week before my first appointment with them and because they cant say I was their patient before that, I was not approved for FMLA for that entire week which is considered an unexcused absence and could have resulted in termination from my job. They also refused to approve me for more time out of work unless I came in for an unnecessary doctors appointment where I could literally say yes Im still throwing up every day, no, nothing is helping, yes I will continue to try and keep myself alive. This along with an issue I had with Atrium 5 years ago where they charged me over a grand for an appointment that I never had, and couldnt explain the charges to me, couldnt provide me with an itemized list of charges, and sent my bill to collections after telling me several times to disregard the bill. 👏I would say the physical care I received was an 8/10. But the miscommunication issues and FMLA bullcrap is just not even worth dealing with. Im dreading getting my billing statements from them because Im almost 100% certain Ill need to battle with them about a charge that I didnt go in for.
Dr. Haddad is amazing. She listens to every concern and addresses them each to find a possible solution. She delivered my last baby and it was an amazing experience. She truly cares about her patients as people.
This is the best office! Mandy Castor is always willing to listen and take time to educate you as a patient.
ONLY IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD !! First off I go to my “ Pregnancy Confirmation “ appointment to confirm my pregnancy of my second child! Excited ! But in fact I walked out crying !! I went to my appointment doctor Mandy castor confirms that I am in fact pregnant!o told her I have had miscarriages in the past so I would like to have a restriction atleast in my first trimester because I have a very physical career! Lifting packages and I walk 8 hours a day 10 miles non stop some days are heavier mail thn over days with loads of coupons and a bunch of other things that weigh me down ! She says no there is no restrictions in the first trimester I couldn’t believe this ?! I’m like what ? ... ok so that was strike 1... strike 2 was for me to get a “ CONFIRMATION LETTER “ stating that I was pregnant since the appointment was labeled as a “ Confirmation of pregnancy appointment “ .. the doctor forgot and I asked the lady at the front desk she said ok what am I supposed to be writing again ?! As if she was confused it had only been 2 mins ! Thn she asked did I need it for Medicaid ? First of all I don’t have Medicaid I HAVE FEDERAL INSURANCE.. so she proceeds to print out my insurance paper work and write With a pen in between my insurance info MY NAME ! And also writes that I was pregnant & ask me my due date & also writes that too ! In INK !!! Looked like chicken scratch!! Could barely read the penmanship!!! It’s was such a bad experience! ( I NEEDED THIS LETTER FOR WORK ) COULDNT even use it because it had personal info on it and you could barely read it ! STRIKE 3 I go to pick up my prenatal pills ! They had to call the doctor to confirm & left a message the doctors never called back ! Never even received my prenatal vitamins ! I had to buy over the counter prenatal vitamins that the pharmacy helped me pick out thank god for them ! STRIKE 4 my pregnancy symptoms has finally kicked in I called yesterday and today to tell them my symptoms was so severe & I needed a written note to return to work they tell me to go to emergency and get it from them 🤦🏾♀️ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BEING PREGNANT I HAVE NOW SWITCHED MY DOCTOR
Accurate billing is important. It can get sent to collections and effect your credit in multiple ways, like multiple reviewsThe individuals handling the billing have no clue what they are doing. They have billed an old insurance company 3 times, billed the new insurance company 8 months late and some items they have never sent to the insurance company.
Really good service! I really recommend Dr. Angela Yacuzzo, she’s the best and always listens and explains everything!
They were very polite. I didn’t have to wait long before being seen and the NP was very informative and helpful. Love it.
Dr Haddid is one of the best doctors I’ve met. She takes time to ask/answer all your questions, is caring and thorough.
A phone call back would be nice when you call 3 times and are promised a nurse will call you back. Especially when my wife is having a serious medical issue. If there are issues with adequate staff to get back to messages like they said, then hire more staff!
Ms Mandy is the best I love her great energy, open to hearing your opinion just a lovely woman all around
Dr. Kaci Farmer and her staff are so sweet and caring. They provide excellent patient care. 10/10 recommend!!
Everyone at this office is very friendly and I never have to wait over 5 minutes for my appointment.
Good experience with my third pregnancy. I have really enjoyed all the practitioners but Mandy Castor has been especially great!
My Doctor Hannah Ehasz MD and the nurses that work around her are the best.
Excellent experience. PA Mandy was very caring and took care if my issue.
I got there a little early I expected to wait 15 minutes till my appointment time but they got me back there in 2 minutes for my exam my practitioner was very thorough with her questions and the exam didnt take very long at all my old womans health office takes forever I highly recommend them
Really good evperience!! Dr. Mandy on time and very personable and informative.
The Dr. Metwally and the office staff is very nice and helpful. Always a smiling face.
Dr. Haddad is family, shes is the greatest of all time!
Wonderful care. They truly listened and spent time with me to address my concerns.
Clean office and great staff, from check in to check out! Mandy Castor is awesome!
Received no compassion when I went through a pregnancy loss. Will not come back.
I really like the people there they are really nice and are very helpful with any questions I may have
The individuals handling the billing have no clue what they are doing. They have billed an old insurance company 3 times, billed the new insurance company 8 months late and some items they have never sent to the insurance company.
The staff was very professional. I would recommend anyone to use this facility.
Front staff is not helpful, they never pick the phone and when go to their office, they will give information which is not true, they provide you incorrect information abut appointment and they will make run around for a appointment with doctor
Dr wheeler did my c section and he did awesome! Never had a problem with this office!
Welcoming and friendly staff. Felt very comfortable
Dr Haddad is absolutely wonderful!
They are very friendly and explain what they are doing
I highly recommend Dr. Mandy.
Dr. Farmer is the most compassionate and caring doctor!
