I want to start by saying how Dr.Ryan Stewart nurses are so caring and understanding. He has a good team working with him. And my nurse Connie was the best she always replied fast to our messages, she always showed that she cared and never hesitated to give me my shots when I asked her to. Dr. Stewart is the best fertility doctor with aspire I never second guess his suggestions he’s straight forward, knows what he’s doing, he takes his time out to listen to you and he’s very caring with great bedside manners. It is safe to say that I am expecting 2025!!!!

2 beautiful miracle babies with the help of Dr. Witz! My family is now complete thanks to this wonderful clinic, Dr and of course science! I will forever recommend this clinic to anyone who ever needs any extra help with growing their family. I cant think HFI enough!! Dr. Witz, happy retirement! You deserve a very long vacation!! First, I would like to say to every couple that is reading these reviews, I feel your pain in having to go through this process, and I hope you soon dont have to do read reviews/stress about dealing with fertility clinics :).Im giving a 1 star review because I would like the negatives of this review to be looked into. Procedures, doctors and a good percent of staff are probably 3.5 stars.Beware of the premature highly optimistic reviews you see here. If I had written a review after my first consultation I would have written how wonderful this clinic is and how overly satisfied I was.If I could start from scratch I would do a thorough review of the doctors at aspire. I chose the first one, and I wish I chose one that specializes in our fertility factor. My experience has been that oftentimes the information is glossed over and if I dont ask specific questions, the Dr. will just push whatever they want to do. I was told after blood work and ultrasounds results she would provide a recommendation on the next steps. This was a lie. They want to do all tests regardless if you need them or not with little to no explanation. I got it done, nothing came back abnormal. At least we knew nothing was wrong, I brushed it off. Also, something to be aware is they pushed us to do genetic testing and if you dont need it (dont have family history) insurance wont cover it. I put on the forms to refuse this test as me and my partner didnt think was necessary.When drawing blood I was asked several times why I wasnt getting it done and stated the doctor is recommending it. Due to the pressure I had on the spot I agreed. Its difficult to go against the Dr. wishes/ recommendations, and they were extremely concerned on why Im refusing it, so I cave in. We were billed $2,700 out of pocket for this. So, I would recommend to always check with your insurance and dont let anyone pressure you into signing something you dont want. Also, this test wouldnt increase the chances of conceiving. Is also not the test they do to pregnant women. Once you are pregnant you will get those tests. On the initial consultation, the Dr. stated this test is optional but highly recommended. It didnt feel optional. We moved on, and learned from our mistakes. We also were heavily pushed for IVF, again with no real reasoning. In most forums you could do at least a couple of IUIs. We found that suspicious. When you dont have a lot of trust on your RE, the recommendation doesnt mean much.We pushed for IUI and the actual reason we are writing this review now is due to our experience we had a few weeks ago. We wanted to wait until we finished the whole process but found this to be unprofessional. We were scheduled for an IUI at the piney point location. We did a medicated IUI. I will say, the prep process went very smooth, I reacted well to the medication, everything was going very well. I have to say, I was starting to trust our Dr./clinic again. The receptionist/personnel at Piney Point didnt check us in and our procedure was delayed for over an hour. We were carrying the semen specimen from home (which is how the clinic told us we needed to do). I didnt think the clinic personnel care about the individuals success. Everyone is just a number, a number where their only interest is how deep their pockets are.So with this, my advice is that, unfortunately, this industry is for profit, profit is the main driver. You could survive this clinic if you dont allow yourself to get pushed by staff. Always request to speak with the Dr. even if that means an extra consultation fee. Do your own research and check with insurance and make the decision on your own. This clinic will always try to get you to do the most extensive tests/procedures specially IVF. This is the procedure they can bill the insurance the most. We are still trying to survive it, but I wish I had this information beforehand so we could be prepared to haggle with these individuals.

Dr. Abdallah and the staff at the Sugar Land location are exceptional. They are informative, encouraging, and supportive through every part of the process. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking compassionate care during their fertility journey.

The surgical staff members were not pleasant. I had an appointment at 10 a.m. I arrived early to complete the paperwork and entered the preparation room on time. However, I ended up waiting in the room for two hours! Every time I asked the staff, they did not provide a clear answer regarding the delay in starting my procedure. The entire surgical center staff appeared tired and lacked energy. I am really hesitant about returning to this place again.

Don’t know where to start, they have the best doctors and the best staff. Going through fertility can be difficult and they make it easy. Dr.witz was my doctor and he’s one of the most amazing doctors I have ever meet not to mention his kinda funny. He makes you feel at ease and always has your best interest. The staff is also phenomenal down to the phlebotomist. I went to them for 5 years and they never gave up on me and always tried different angles. Dr.witz has officially made my dream come true and I graduated. Definitely recommend them.

My experience at HFI has been extraordinary. Dr. Witz i can say is incredibly knowledgeable, talented. He takes his time to explain stuffs to you. The environment is homely and well taken care of. My overall experience has been wonderful, the nurses are very prompt in returning questions and responsive.

I’ve been a patient with Aspire ( former HFI) since 2021. The staff here are nice and always helpful.Dr. Abdallah was my REI and he’s truly amazing and been with me and my husband every step of the way. He’s knowledgeable and really does his best to help create a family for his patients. Dr. Abdallah takes the time to listen and answer your questions without feeling rush or lost. I hear many successful stories from other patients that go to him and I am proud to say I am one of those patient.

This place is slow. Do not go here. They had us arrive at 6:45 AM for a procedure and did not call us back to start pre op until 8:00 AM. They also do not allow you to leave to get food and drinks and have no restaurant onsite.

Everyone here is very professional and gentle. They know Im nervous, so they are very patient with me. Im very grateful to them.

Dr. Abdalla was very informative, conducting a detailed interview of my medical history, then reviewing all the medical records I brought to the new patient initial consultation, and then providing explanations about the science behind genetics testing. He explained what he would be testing with the blood samples I provided that day, and what to expect going forward. Dr. Abdalla was kind, patient, and reassuring about the process ahead. I feel positive, optimistic, and excited about working with Dr. Abdalla and his team to start a family with my husband.

Dr.Witz was very patient with us and took the time to answer our questions and was very thorough in all of his explanations and gave us clear guidance in the treatment plan he created for us. He made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process and not just like another patient/case. We highly recommend Dr. Witz and his term .Kat my nurse was amazing highly recommend her also I have call her for all my questions some important and such just simple non important but she was always very responsive..just very thankful to both of them and the term.My baby girl is 7 weeksCan’t wait to round 2 of IVF with them

Me and my wife had a great experience at this location, we just graduated from this facility a couple of weeks ago. They gave us a HFI onesie and a bag with some goodies. Dr. Mazen Abdallah was great and also Dr. Bello.

Dr. Hoff is an amazing doctor. She is innovative and not afraid to try different things. I’ve enjoyed my experience with her over the past 3 years. I trust her more than any other doctor and I’ve had a variety of doctors. She is friendly, relatable and professional-the total package. I really admire her efforts to help me and my family. Her team is amazing as well at the Katy location. I’m usually in and out in minutes. Thank you for your support over the years during this challenging journey!!

Dr. Witz is awesome. He cares about his patient and patiently listen to our concerns. The staffs are very friendly and responsive.They helped us to get the result we have been waiting for.Selena Wilson, my nurse is super sweet.Im thankful to have their cares and help through the process!

Dr. Abdallah and his team are absolutely amazing! From my first appointment till I graduated and they took the best care of me. They are very supportive. They answered all my questions and they took care of all my concerns. Dr. Abdallah is one of the best doctors. He is very patient, gentle and caring.

Dr Mazen was very professional and explained to us in detail the process, the treatment and the risks. We feel we were in the best hands. The nurses and the staff were always ready to answer our questions and helped us to navigate through the insurance coverage. Excellent professionals.

Dr. Bello and staff was great. They were very informative, honest, polite and not to mention tentative. I truly have nothing but great things to say about my experience today for my egg retrieval and I’d recommend her services to new patients any given day. The clinic as whole did an awesome job at caring for me during my procedure.

Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor. He is very detailed and rigorous with treatments. He’s very friendly and has an inviting personality. My husband and I completely trust his medical guidance and input. We see Dr. Kim at every visit and are able to directly communicate any questions. Dr. Kim has an impeccable reputation and we highly recommend him for all growing families.

Oh God bless him for me, the first day i get to see him i was so depressed, but the way he spoke to me and manage to put smiles on my face God will bless him for me, and the way he explains things to me is so well understood by me.

Dr Steward is the best! It’s been a long IVF journey for me so I’ve been his patient for a couple years now. He is caring and compassionate but will also just give it to you straight, no BS! I appreciate this because going through IVF is hard enough without having a doctor who gives you the run around. He’s always open to talk about other alternatives and how you feel about them. He will recommend certain protocols and if you say, hey not for me. He totally respects that and moves on. He makes you feel like you’re in this together and you’re not alone. Simply put he has the best bedside manner and knows his stuff so I’d absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Nurudeen is amazing. She is friendly, smart, patient and flexible. She takes the time to explain everything, the whole process, what to expect each step of the way, she even explains procedures while they are happening (if youre awake.) She adjusted schedules and protocols around budget, job, and insurance to help us get pregnant in the time line that was most beneficial to us. Ive never been in better care.

Doctor seemed great. The nurses and staff are unprofessional and come off stuck up. Basic manners are expected. I couldn’t even get a follow up on time to get things started. Office seems dingy. Very transactional feeling here. I do not recommend, run !!!

Dr. Kim truly cares about you and helping you to grow your family. He takes the time to discuss your concerns and gives direct answers. If there’s something he’s unsure about, he’ll be upfront about it and will research to give you an answer at your next appointment. I never felt like a number and his nurses always knows my name when I come by for an appointment. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone in your corner.

Dr. Sandra Bello is so great. She is the best.. I felt comfortable with her. She is so knowledgeable and caring. With sense of humor too. I love her.Except from that dr.. Wang. She talked to me like I’m a child. And made me feel like I’m a liar. I may have made a mistake informing them about the timeline eating rule which I said sorry . She continuously asked If I am sure that’s the only time repeatedly . To the point, where my husband said , do we just cancel since you don’t seem to believer us. We both felt extremely uncomfortable in a presence of a doctor. She was treating us like more children than a caring physician and that will not be tolerated.We waited 30 mins before somebody gets back to us to the room. Had 3 kinds of people asked all the same questions.. Don’t they communicate outside before facing the patient!? And don’t they read form I filled out!?Also Nobody called me to inform what time my procedure was. I had to call them to ask and that’s how I got informed.. and dr. Wang made it sound like I may have just forgotten because her staff called me according to notes she said.. oh well.. then your staff notes was the lie. She kept beating me from saying, you can’t just lie and eat whenever you want in a rude tone. My husband and I didn’t appreciate that. Thank god she was not my surgeon. Kudos to DR. Bello

Dr. J. Skorupski is amazing always to the point, smart and resourceful we are very happy he is our doctor. We absolutely love his team of nurses and staff everyone is so friendly and are always helpful with everything. We are very Happy 😊 Thank you!!

Our experience with Dr. Abdallah, was nothing less than amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and polite. We trusted him from a day one. He has always explained every procedure in details and comprehensively explained the reasons why we are taking certain medicine or pursuing certain procedures. He is always eager to hear the patient, and had an answer for our every question. His team is very helpful, responsive and professional. Shout out for Veronica, Roxxann, and Margie, as well as wonderful nurses who were taking my blood tests, who were all fantastic! We had success first time and will be back next time. I strongly recommend Dr. Abdallah and his team for everybody who is struggling with fertility.

The staff at this location is beyond amazing. They answered all questions we had, always put us at ease & our process was extremely smooth. I cannot recommend Dr.Abdallah & the Pearland staff enough. Nurses Rene & Cecilia gave us exceptional care & they always made sure we were happy before leaving any appts. I will miss them all moving on to our OB! Thank y’all so much for everything!

Dr. Skorupski has been with my husband and me through every single step of every cycle, procedure, etc since we’ve been with HFI. Nobody wishes to have to go to a fertility clinic. But if you do, it’s wonderful to feel taken care of, understood, and supported. Through the worst times and the most exciting, I couldn’t have chosen a better doctor.

Great experience with Dr Witz and his team. I truly felt that the entire team was invested in my success. The nurses; Juli, Maria, Cecelia and Selena and the lab techs especially Ms Sheena were compassionate and understanding and super helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Witz and the piney point team.

Although everyone has a different experience, I give this place two stars although one star would be my choice for the office staff was really nice.I was very hesitant to visit with Dr. Witz to begin with.I, first, await one hour to get seen. When I was finally called, I was led to his office and when I walked in, I became with rage to had seen another soul sitting in his office along with him. Wait minute, I made the appointment to see and speak with Dr. Witz- not Dr. Witz AND another person! Just because she has her own business and is from Florida has NOTHING to do with me! I am- was not interested in telling my personal business to everyone across the world! I felt as though I could not speak with him- I felt very uptight and shy with TWO people in his office.He immediately began to talk about IVF because of whatever reason I had going on- like...really?! I do not know if is a big money-maker for he or what.I began to come from out of my shell to ask questions. He shrugged my questions off like the meant nothing to him or that he felt I did a lot of research so I knew what to ask. He somewhat ignored my questions. I also noticed that he is a swift mover. He says what he wants and then quickly moves on.Why? Is it laziness?! I have spoken to fertility specialists before and they all appear to say the same dang thing. I dont dig doctors- fertility specialists included, no matter how much I long to have a baby, but I may decide to get another opinion one last time from a different specialists- the one that was my actual first choice. This time I plan to take control and ASK every question possible and when I first walk in, I will make it known that I am NOT for IVF! I pay money for YOU to listen and do what I want done! ....and it will be to where only HE/SHE will be the ONLY soul in the room.IVF is just NOT my choice- I believe in the natural way that gives and makes life. You will NOT force IVF upon me. Not now, not ever.

This journey only God knows how emotionally draining it has been but having a doctor who has such a big heart, caring personality and love for his patients like Dr Griffith does, really takes away most of the worry. Cant tell you how appreciative we are to have him and his staff on our corner. The journey is not over yet but we are very hopeful. God willing in His own time He will bless us with our little bundle/bundles of joy. Dr Griffith we love you and appreciate you and your entire team. God bless you and keep smiling. That smile alone heals alot of hearts that are hurting when they come to you. But you give us a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and you work on finding a solution and most importantly keeping us in your prayers makes it all worth while. With God everything is possible and we believe we will come back this time with great results God being our helper. We highly, highly recommend Dr Griffith to anyone going through this process plus your faith in God ...thats all you need. Dr. Bello is the best! She did my surgery and was super happy with the outcome. I was feeling at my best the day after. This had never happened elsewhere. The wait time is long 1-2 hours, but I was happy not being sick.

I’ve had 2 procedures at this facility (one with Dr. Nurudeen and one with Dr. Yeh) and both instances were great. The staff is patient with questions, explains things well before and after procedures, and gives very detailed post-op instructions. I received my initial egg retrieval results immediately after the procedure (which was very appreciated!) and would definitely recommend them.

My doctor is Dr. Witz at HFI Fondren location, the doctor is great and caring and knowledgeable. The MAs in the clinic are very knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk receptionists have excellent customer service skills, I have always had a good experience in the office.Waiting time is ridiculous, 45 minutes wait everytime minimum. Then wait in the room more. They cram everyone in like a factory.The surgery scheduler, Krista, though is why I give this institution a 3 star. This would be my 3rd procedure here, last year I remember I had difficulty scheduling procedures with the scheduler. This year I need another procedure. Last Friday the doctor told me to wait for a call from the scheduler to schedule a procedure at the surgery center. I dont get a call until Tuesday afternoon. I missed her call and called her back 30 minutes later, left a vm. Then next day called 4 times left voicemails and went through front desk to be transferred to her, then left message on patient portal, no response. Unless you sit by the phone waiting for Krista to call you, it seems it would be impossible to talk to her. Then someone from surgery center called and said your procedure is on schedule for Tuesday, how can Krista put me on the schedule without talking to the patient first?? I think that is disrespectful of patients time.I can portal message the MA for my doctor and get a response the same day and a very timely manner. It seems either Krista needs to work more efficiently or HFI needs to hire another or additional schedulers. This type of customer service in healthcare is terrible. Scheduling a procedure under anesthesia is a big deal for patients, they have to take time off work and coordinate with family members, the more time patients get ahead of time to plan, the better. But the facts the scheduler, Krista is more difficult to get in touch with than my doctor is wrong and ignoring patients messages to get in touch with her, lack of response in a timely manner, tells me her customer service skills are low and reflect a lack of care for patients on her part. If it is a system error, she is overworked, then additional scheduler should be hired, instead of making patients wait 3 days to schedule a procedure and still nothing yet. If it is an efficiency issue, seems more training for Krista in customer service is needed.We all know being a patient dealing with infertility is difficult already, why make this process more stressful than it already is?

I have been followed by Dr M Abdallah for about 2 years now . He came highly recommended from my OB and it was the best and easiest decision i ever took . From the moment i met him , he was very patient , kind , and attentive . He was always there for me , answered all my questions ( pages of them ) and even came back from vacation to see me thru an urgent matter . Dr abdallah is very thorough , kind and trustworthy . I am beyond grateful for what he has done for me and will forever be in his debt . Because of him i get to finally be a mom at 48 . Dr Abdallah made me feel comfortable ,confident , safe , brave when i was scared , calm when i was nervous , and always hopeful that everything will be OK. He has been my rock throughout this whole process and i could not have been in better hands . Dr Abdallah cares about his patients , their well-being and he makes you feel like he is on your side and will always support you . He also has an amazing team of nurses and phlebotomist . Dr. Sabouni is a caring and a empathetic human being. You can really sense her passion to help her patients. Dr. Sabouni is not my regular doctor but I had a procedure done with her. I was very nervous but because I had met her before when I was told it was going to be Dr. Sabouni doing the procedure my anxiety dropped to zero. Dr. Sabouni has a friendly and professional personality and she will answer all the questions and address all concerns before proceeding with whatever procedure she has to perform.

Dr. Abdallah was amazing! He’s kind, courteous and very thorough all throughout my infertility journey with him. I was not new to infertility treatments when I came across Dr. Abdallah but he took us on, gathered all the data we needed to proceed with making a game plan (I have A LOT of issues) and we scored a touchdown!!! We’re pregnant and graduated HFI today to move on to my OB! Woohooo!! I can’t thank the HFI staff and Dr. Abdallah enough!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love HFI. Dr. Abdallah and the staff are amazing. They were very helpful and caring through the entire process. I had care at other facilities who never gave any real answers as to why I had trouble getting pregnant. Dr. Abdallah took his time to make sure he knew what the issue was and treat me properly to have the most successful outcome. I am happy to say that I am expecting twins due December 2019.

The staff at HFi are amazing. It doesnt feel.like a doctors appt, but a visit with a coach. They are always positive and supportive. Dr. HOFF answers all questions and make sure you are comfortable with your decision.

Dr. Bello was the on call doctor during my egg retrieval. She was very thorough about explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards. Because of some discomfort, I called her on-call that evening and went to see her the next day. She was compassionate and explained why I may have discomfort. Dr. Bello gave additional options that would help me feel better as well.

I consulted with Dr Bello at HFI after another RE Office kept disregarding my questions and the coordinator was constantly rude. I felt very comfortable with Dr Bello and she answered all my questions as best as she could. I began my first IVF with her and her office in April 2014. I was an out of town patient and had days that I was unable to come to appointments which they worked around as best as they could. The office staff was extremely polite and they always kept me informed either by telephone or through the patient portal. My first IVF ended up in twins. During the 10 week monitoring visits, they were accommodating and I rarely had to wait. Many times I showed up early and they had me in and out before my appointment was even supposed to start. I would definitely recommend Dr Bello and her staff.

After an ultrasound tech at an ob/gyn office questioned if I had an endometrioma, I quickly found myself at Dr. Witzs office who diagnosed me with advanced endometriosis. Originally visited them in 2017 for a consultation and lap but then came back in 2018 for updated tests to prepare for an IVF cycle.Pros- Staff is always friendly.- Office is clean and comfortable.- Provide a variety of tests/services in their office and the surgery center is in a suite next door.- Provide services as a clinic for patients with out-of-area doctors.- Very effective communicating over email and sending orders or having other doctors receive results.- Appointments scheduled quickly and didnt have to wait long to get in nor did I ever have to wait long in the waiting room to be seen.- Everything is very efficient. During my first consultation, the doctor and I started in his office then moved to the ultrasound room and came back to his office to discuss the results. That would have been three separate appointments at an ob/gyns office.- Dr. Witz is very knowledgeable in his field, incredibly sympathetic, and explains everything in an easy to understand way. I would trust him with my life.Cons- IVF at HFI was too expensive for us, even with grant options and payment plans. I believe their pricing is equal to or better than other fertility specialist offices in the Houston area but we ended up going out-of-state for our IVF cycle.

Dr. Hoff has made our IVF journey as painless as the struggle to get pregnant can be. She is always warm and positive. She explains the process with care and sensitivity. We are happy we chose HFI to help with our journey of getting pregnant.

Dr. Skorupski and all of the HFI staff have been amazing through our IVF journey. From the first consultation I knew I could trust Dr. Skorupski. They were up front with all of the costs and sat down with my husband and I to explain every step and cost of the process. Anyone going through this process knows it can be very challenging. Luckily for us, we were able to go on this journey with Dr. Skorupski and his incredible team who guided me day by day and responded to any questions I had immediately. I cant say enough great things about every single person that guided me through this process. Thank you Dr. Skorupski and HFI for making this journey as easy as it can be and for being there for us every step of the way.

The staff at HFI are so wonderful! I havent had any issues with my procedures there. Dr Kim takes time to explain everything to me and answers all my questions! I highly recommend this clinic!

Every aspect of every visit was personalized and efficient. I was always comfortable to ask questions about the process. We were referred to Dr. Bello by about 10 people. I know why! She helps ease the nerves and always so nice. Highly recommend is your are starting your IVF journey to contact Dr. Bello.

Sadly, this is my third experience at HFI/Piney Point Surgical Center and each time has been out of line with my other HFI expeiriences. The bedside manner of the physicians was lacking...curt and disengaged at best. The exception to this being Dr. Skorupski who is an amazing physician. Additionally, the front desk staffs attitude and demeanor reflected that of the doctors. I had a question regarding patient records and privacy, and when asked the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. What makes these abysmal experiences even more apparent is vast difference from HFIs Willowbrook office where the staff and environment is warm, engaging, and caring. Overall, the Piney Point Surgical Center is a poor reflection of HFIs practice.

I have not had a good experience with HFI so far. Theyre terrible about scheduling appointments, they dont answer voicemails or emails (or let you make an appointment with an actual person over the phone), and they dont call in prescriptions in a timely manner. Theyre not good about following up about treatment options or discussing success rates.I do think theyre reasonably good at the nuts and bolts of fertility treatment though, so if youre willing to put up with a ton of hassle scheduling and teach yourself everything (from figuring out treatment options to giving yourself injections), I guess theyre a reasonable option. They are quite expensive though (from what Ive seen, probably 50% above the typical cost for treatments).

Thank you to the amazing team at Houston Fertility. They have been patient, loving and understanding through the journey from the staff, to the lab, to the Doctors. They are knowledgable and provide immediate assistance with your questions and concerns. We are blessed and amazed that we are finally going to become parents. This team is deserves awards!

Dr Bello was a breath of fresh air! She was amazing with calming down and making me laugh! She is great at her job! Highly recommend her!

I am SO thankful for HFI and Dr. Witz. I did two IUIs and then switched to IVF and am grateful to have my now 2 year old son. I am a return client but I am now 30 weeks pregnant with my daughter also thanks to HFI. I had many complications getting pregnant and I think without their awesome staff, nurses, embryologist and doctors I wouldnt be a mom today. After I reached 10 weeks pregnant I was sad to leave them and go to my OB practice. I am so grateful for all they have done for my family and I. Infertility is really horrible and emotional and HFI was really helpful in calming and reassuring me along the way.

I will not recommend to my friend. The worse thing I feel is that they can not care less for your money. They barely communicate and let you know how much it will cost before you make decision. Also I always got confused who should I talk to as they have different nurse contact with you... For the voice messages I left, I barely got an return call.Maybe just as someone said earlier below, would consider to recommend to those who are rich and careless.

Terrible service!Going with these people you will probably waste you money and your time.I don’t recommend it to anyone.They don’t follow deadlines that they promise, are extremely dismissive, and don’t take phone calls.You need to beg them in multiple ways to give your results or to have any sort of feed back.Also, when I am finally able to talk to someone, Veronica, the person who was in the phone with, was extremely impatient to wait 7 SECONDS on hold for me to have my wife with me in the phone so we could listen about the results together. She hung up on us and never contacted us again.Really frustrating and unprofessional!!

This is a WORST fertility Clinic ever! My wife had few IVF treatment with this clinic since 2011. Before HFI partner and hired Vivere Health to do financial/insurance paperwork, everything seem fine, but since 2012 then, the HFI (include many other locations in Houston) is patients money taker. If you have health insurance that cover or even NOT cover for your fertility treatment, this Vivere Health (Piney Point Surgery Center, partner of HFI)) will use you as a tool to drain financial benefits from your insurance company to paid for them as much as possible with a HUGE & incredible claim amounts submitted because the Piney Point Surgery Center (PPSC) is out-of-network from all most health insurance companies. Their patients are their tools to help them get a lot of big fat checks from the health insurance companies.The staffs in Willow Brook & Medical Center are very nice, but not in Piney Point & Katy. The doctor, specially, Ghassan F Haddad is probably the WORST doctor and practice in the city of Houston. We are sorry to need to review this way, but it is simply the truth. Hes careless, cold, irresponsible to his patients. He treats his patients just like a number. You only see him one time at consultation. All other procedures during your IVF treatment, he will let your fate in the hands of his colleagues, nurses. Youll never get his answers if you have any question & concern regarding your treatment, specially, when you run into a small financial issue which the HFI clinics and Vivere Healths financial/insurance staff once abuse and mess up your insurance.Save you money, time, and health to go to other fertility clinic(s) for your sake and if you want to have a care, warm, and healthy fertility treatment in order to get your successful outcome from a critical fertility treatment.

I had an amazing experience during my visit here. The timing was a bit long in the op room waiting to be seen for my actual procedure, however, my experience was overall excellent. The staff was incredibly caring and answered all of my questions. I felt very cared for and I would highly recommend this facility.

Straight shooter shared with a smile and also great bedside manners. He loves a good joke as well as offering some too.

Dear Dr. Craig Witz,I came into your office seeking assistance with getting pregnant. After two years of trying I was ready for professional help. I was also being treated for a thyroid condition with a different doctor and somehow with my thyroid treatment I ended up pregnant. I came to your office and stressed that I got lucky with the medicine but I was sure my body wouldn’t maintain the levels and asked to be monitored even though I didn’t get pregnant via the recommended treatment, because it was normal for them to drop and I was worried about losing my baby. My gynecologist refused to see me until I was 6 weeks pregnant, but you didn’t turn me away. Week after week you monitored my growth, and my levels – and you caught the very second that my levels fell and prescribed me medication to maintain my pregnancy. Today I have a healthy baby girl – because unlike other doctors you did not turn me away

I was told to be at office an hour early (8:15am) for a 9:30AM procedure. I waited hours and was not seen until 2 hours past the scheduled time. Women seeking fertility treatment are already stressed about being told not to stress, but the lack of communication and apparently resources is quite disheartening considering the cost associated. I would NOT recommend thus facility.

My experience with the Houston Fertility Institute has been, in a word, fantastic. From the outset, the staff, the facility, the experience, the clinicians, the front desk staff - everyone was highly professional, highly knowledgeable and professional. Each person kept me abreast of the steps of the process, making sure that I was aware of what we were doing that day, as well as the next steps in the process. This information and communcation made my husband and me feel comfortable and supported. IVF can be a difficult and trying time for prospective mothers and fathers, and the Houston Fertility Institute did more than their part in helping us throughout the process. We are happy to say that we are expecting a little girl in January of next year, thanks to the Houston Fertility Institute. I highly recommend this organization if you are experiencing fertility problems. They are nothing short of the best in Houston.

All the doctors and staff at HFI make my journey less stressful. They are very helpful and I trust all their expertise. I would of not gone anywhere else. I am so happy I got to experience such wonderful doctors and staff members.

Doctor Hoff knew well the cycle should have been cancelled but gave me false hope and made me spend all the money all the way resulting in 1 abnormal embryo. The other doctor asked I could cancel but doctor Hoff insisted it was going to be successful. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t waste your money & time here. I had 6 cycles with this clinic but unless you are literally actively attending you will be unable to access your portal &/or speak to a nurse. Their corporate office will literally block you.

All the staff at HFI were wonderful. From the very first day we walked in they treated us like family. Dr. Witz and staff made accommodations for us easy and convenient and we were able to meet at different office locations when requested. Each locations staff (Piney Point and Clearlake) were always friendly. We primarily were at the Clearlake office and Dr. Witz, Ashlen, Cecelia, Asia, and Yolanda are like family.

Dr. Yeh has been up front and honest through the whole IVF process. His team is amazing! I can’tThank him and his staff enough for going above and beyond for us.

While we are not pregnant or had a baby yet, I had to provide a high review to the nurses, Dr. Witz, Dr. Clapp- they have been so attentive throughout the process. I ask a million question and everyone was patient and kind to answer. Would recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Griffith for 4 years and two beautiful children later. As a health care professional, I’m very particular about which doctors I see and he is one of the best. I would highly recommended him.

He is very understanding and patient. He will answer any questions you may have about the entire process. Dr. Griffith is amazing and I could not have asked for a better doctor during this experience.

My experience at HFI has been extraordinary. Dr. Witz is the best. I can say he is incredibly knowledgeable, overall the entire staff is wonderful.

Dr. Abdallah is very professional and caring and I am very glad he is my doctor. He always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns and he gave us hope during a very difficult for us time. I highly recommend Dr. Abdallah

Dr. Yeh is an excellent Dr. He explain me the procedure before it. And while performig it he was describing for me every step he was going to perform or that was already performing. Hes gentle and cares.

Excessively long wait times (2 hours), misinformation from employees, and little regard for clients needs/concerns are just a few of the things wrong with this place. Katy location is much better; however, they do not offer all of the same services. I will not be back at this location.

I meet today Doctor Witz for the first time , and he has such a great aura, I’ll definitely recommend him

I keep calling asking for start price for IVF never got an answer keep telling me it depends. I know that but you should have some base price, i dont wanna pay for consultation just to figure our its over my bugdet.. you should at lease give same ranges.

Just seen like he all about MONEY, dont seem like HE CARE AS MUCH, HE SAY ALOT OF WHAT HE CANT DO IF YOU DONT DO THIS TYPE OF STUFF. .... Im just going to watch my insurance bill closely because that was a lot of damn test to running for just OVALATION my last Doctor gave me clomeds.after just my blood work and ultrasound ugh I got frustrated every time I heard INSURANCE come out his mouth LIKE I didnt just have to pay a 50$ copay because his assistant didnt verify my insurance in time thats why he was rushing me know that I think because that consultation was just to short. And I told him to when we was walking out he ask are you happy now you gone have a baby I said NO! It just seem like I paid 50$ for nothing because all we did was talk NO nothing ! Then he disappear now you in the assistant hands now

They make you pay the co pay befor even seeing the doc, because they do rush jobs each time I went to them which for two months all they ever did was draw blood and send me home I even went when I found out I was pregnant and could not eat for 4days they gave me nothing for nausea oh and I called befor I went to tell them what was wrong they advise me to come in and only draw blood , I asked who is my doctor and she pointed at a lady at the desk I walked over she totally didnt want to talk so she pointed me to someone else I said this is ridiculous so I called and complained and these fools finally sent a prescription to Walgreens but wrote it wrong so they did not give it to me at that point ones fed up with these people I was paying for nothing but I had to go back for a ultrasound which made me even more mad because he didnt tell me anything while doing the ultrasound and when he was done I had to stop and ask him what was wrong he said I was to early and he could not see anything yet in the sac but the point is WHY DID I HAVE TO ASK YOU WHY YOU DIDNT TELL ME ANYTHING oh and to add to the mess they didnt help me get pregnant we did it on our own i have a obgyn now and she wanted my medical records they only sent one set smh and will not return emails dont waste your money on a doc thats going to rush and hall step information to you is all Im saying

Set appointment at 8:15 AM. We come at 8:15 . But when we meet the nurse at 9:18. Bad time management.

Over all left extremely safe and comfortable with the team my mom is a Spanish speaker only and they did their best to keep her calm and in the know

There was a billing error with the embryo storage center and they closed the account after 3 years without communicating why or even attempting to issue a refund.

The staff was a delight and I’m thrilled to have chosen them to guide me through my IVF journey.

I would not recommend using this clinic to get ivf treatment. Too many mistakes were made in clinical part of the treatment and wrong diagnosis, which made us suffering for years and paying a lot of money for nothing!
