Dr. Kennedy has changed my life for the better. I came in seeking help and I received that plus more. She even noticed things other doctors didnt. She makes me feel safe, seen and heard. She never rushes me when I ask multiple questions or seeking better understanding. I cannot thank her enough for all her help. The office staff can be busy but they are very helpful. The assistance I last received was so nice she made me feel comfortable and heard. She even checked in on me to let me know they were running a little behind but that they did not forget about me.

First of all, horrible customer service. The front desk always seems so depressed and angry and the wait is horrible. And second of all, the ‘’Drs.’ aren’t so ‘’nice’’ like everyone describes. Maybe to those Americans, elders, or veterans but if you’re on your 20s and have health problems they don’t believe you just because you look stable and in great heath. Dr. Kennedy is a racist woman who do not listen to you nor believe you when you tell her about your physical pain and so on. She has a huge attitude and don’t help you with that you need. L clinic & changing doctor provider!! Definitely, do not recommend!

Any bad moment i experienced while pregnant was from this clinic. The staff and the girl obgyn was the reason I almost lost my baby! Never felt wanted always felt rushed and stressed out be here. My last appointment I had high blood pressure and they sent me home and the doctor refused to check to see if I was dilated they didn’t even do a ultrasound I was 38 weeks and they wanted me to come back in a week I was rushed the er the same day and my baby was losing fluid and the er said why in the world would they send u home with high blood pressure. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them and went to get a second opinion because if I would have listened to mommy and me in 24 hrs I would have birth to a still born. The hospital in San Bernardino helped me and I had an emergency c section to my baby. This place is a nightmare !! Not even including the time their restroom door was broken and didn’t lock and some elderly man saw me with my pants down. They didn’t even apologize!

This place is unprofessional unreliable and to top it off they NEVER answer phone calls.. I had to drive miles just so I can get an appointment.. if I can give negative stars I would

My first time here and i enjoyed the service the girl provided me in the front. My doctor brown was super sweet and knowledgeable.

They always seem to want to remind you that you’re obese. Even the papers they give you , you’re listed as obese. Dr is pretty nice but front desk workers need an attitude change . They always sound depressed and rude. They should give pregnant women a better experience.

They don’t ever answer the phones, they never sent out my prenatal prescription, and I gave them my Edd paperwork to sign so that I can get paid for being on bed rest and it’s taking them 2 weeks to sign it.

Ive always been treated so nice. The Drs. Always make me laugh even when Im really feeling sick. The staff talks to me and my kids like we are friends. Make going to the Dr for my kids much easier.

Terrible service. Receptionist was not helpful at all. They implemented a new check in system and the staff is not properly trained to assist with questions on their own system. They have too many patients scheduled for the same time appointment and looked overwhelmed. Im switching doctors since they are not able to handle the number of patients they book.

I made an appointment twice! In one month because they couldnt see me when I had made the appointment prior I had my first kid and the doc we had was great but then they SWITCHED! Doc without even asking me but if this isnt a problem the doc that I now have my son I feel like does not do her job and care to my son just write her information down and leaves the room doesnt even ask me if I have any questions or concerns just leaves the room but the doc before this one she was a lot better my guess she left but who knows I never see her anymore

Literally the worse experience. Instead of enjoying my pregnancy every time i came here i was stressed out the staff is rude the so called doctors are rude. They dont consult with you and make decisions for you without even talking to you. They diagnose you with things that you dont have after barely even checking you they ignore your needs and wants.. If you are pregnant and want a good experience stay away from this place

So far, my last two appointments were really good. The nurses and the doctor treated me with respect and they answered all my questions. I do not know if this place got new staff, but I like it.

This facility is so unorganized and unprofessional. Being pregnant is supposed to be the most wonderful experience and this mommy and me causes nothing but stress and aggravation. The front staff has no clue what there doing and some of the doctors or so called doctors are not friendly. Ever since I started going here 5 months ago nothing they do is correct something always goes wrong, they never take notes, never call me back when they are supposed to , and never get any of my information right or I have an appointment with a certain doctor and when I show up its a midwife and they never call to tell you before hand to say the doctor your scheduled to see is not there. My advice to other pregnant women is stay away from this place like the plague. This place is nothing but chaos.

How do I start well I m 39 years old found out I m pregnant decided to go to this clinic mommy & Me to be honest I don’t recommend nobody to go there the PA not even a doctor was very negative her name is Denise …so I had went to the emergency she didn’t even ask for my paper work I walk out crying didn’t even check me people this place is a nightmare I think I m about to call my lawyer… very bad service….

ZERO STARS!!!It’s be nice if they answer the phone!!! Every time I call no one ever answers. I keep calling and nothing, how am I supposed to make/change an appointment if this always happens.

I work at community health clinic and CUSTOMER SERVICE is the main thing and customer service is not that ok. The front office she was popping her nails off while talking to me and biting them and not interest what i was saying. it is my first pregnancy so ofcourse im going to look on base they going treat me.. they put me with a physician assistant.. which not ok with me for my first pregancy i prefer MD

Today was my first Drs visit at Mommy and Me , I am the type of person that useally goes off of the reviews i read and to be honest they were making me nervous about going. The staff is friendly and the Dr that i seen today she understood.

They never answer the phone.. Im just going to change my daughters to a different doctor

Horrible been going there for a yr now and at first it was fine always had good dr.s and good service well kinda but now i ask for a certain dr. And they change my appt i get to my appt and then they tell me he/she is booked so im like so what happen to my appt that was the whole point of me changing my appt horrible service ... changing clinics ASAP. ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC ITS HORRIBLE SERVICE HOPE THEY CLOSE IT DOWN***

Went in to get my iud removed the doctor literally looked at me from head to toe judging me from not wanting another iud inserted. She also didnt want to give me the depo shot. She was so rude never going back again.

Literally had me waste my time. Scheduled me for an appointment, i show up early. Fill up paperwork, wait 30 minutes to be told the doctor decided to leave while i was there. I would have to miss work again for another day. So unprofessional.

This place is a piece of junk!!!! There beyond un orginized they scheduled me an appointment last week , as I went in today they told me they never made an appointment for me and that they dont accept my insurance yeeeet someone called to confirm appointment and insurance ! Neverrrr gooo here worst staff and rosia is rudeeee asfkkk

Vanessa will leave you on hold for a very long time, I was having issues with my inhaler prescription and she left me on hold instead of taking my information. The only one that cares in there is Rocio.

They have to learn how to use a phone!

Do not visit this clinic unless you have all day to spend there. Made follow up appointment for one shot no physical or anything else, we arrived as the very first clients of the day and it still took Ive an hour tto get out of there.

I have been getting a busy signal all morning jus trying to make an appointment im 9 months pregnant and have been to the hospital 3 times smh

Rocio is a great employee and always has a positive attitude. i think you guys should definitely give her a raise

So upset with the doctor took my son because he was sick dr checked both ears said they were fine two hours later he was crying in pain with his ear took him to urgent care he had so such stuff built up in his ear had to get it taken out the dr should of seen it if they actually paid attention

I bring all of my kids here Rocio is so awesome just like the rest of the staff they do treat you like family.

I love Dr. Kennedy she is ultimate example of professionalism. Now that front desk horrible customer service and VERY unprofessional unorganized. Cynthia and Jamie horrible. How do call some one 3 days to change their appointment. Then you call and hung up in my face while I’m talking.

The service is good, but for them to answer your phone it takes up to a week to be stuck dialing them and that is if you are lucky and when luck is with you and they answer you magically the call is cut off. Thats horrible!

Excellent attention, from the staff in general, the attention is super fast and the Dr. Super dear, kind and delicate.
